What the site is

PracticeVendors is a directory and research tool. We are not a party to any agreement between a practice and a company listed here, and we do not recommend or guarantee any company. Always check scope, pricing, credentials, security safeguards and contract terms directly before you sign.

No patient information

Do not submit protected health information (PHI) anywhere on this site. Our forms are for business information only.

Reviews

• Only review a company your practice has actually worked with, and describe your own experience honestly.
• Do not review your own company, a competitor or a company you have a financial interest in.
• Do not include patient information, personal data about individuals, or threats and abuse.
• You keep ownership of your review and give PracticeVendors permission to publish, display and share it on the site.
• We may decline or remove reviews that break these rules. Our methodology explains how moderation works.

Companies

• Only people who work for a company may claim or edit its listing.
• Information you add must be accurate. Certifications must be backed by proof if you want them shown.
• Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the company. If you want your logo changed or removed, email us.
• Paid plans and lead purchases are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at scale, try to break its security, submit fake requests or reviews, or use it to send spam. We may block access for anyone who does.

Liability

The site is provided as is. Listings, reviews and reference pages may contain errors or go out of date. To the extent the law allows, PracticeVendors is not liable for decisions you make based on the site or for anything a listed company does or fails to do.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
