Editorial policy

This policy covers everything PracticeVendors publishes: company listings, guides, EHR pages and reference pages such as denial code explanations.

Accuracy first

• Listing facts come from the company’s own website or from the company itself, and each profile says which.
• Reference pages explain things in our own words and link to the official source, such as CMS, X12 or the payer’s own manual.
• Payer rules change and differ by plan, state and contract. Our reference pages show the date they were last checked, and they are a starting point, not a substitute for the payer’s current documentation.
• When we are not sure of a fact, we leave it out.

Independence

Companies cannot pay to change what we write about them, to remove reviews or to get a badge. Paid placements are labeled wherever they appear. Guides that compare companies use the same public information for every company.

Use of AI

We may use AI tools to help draft summaries or organize information. Nothing written with AI is published until a person has checked it against the source, and AI is never used to write or edit reviews.

Corrections

Found a mistake? Use “Report an issue” on any profile or email info@practicevendors.com. We fix confirmed factual errors within 3 business days and update the page date.
